My journey with The 1:1 Diet started 2 years ago when me and my husband were trying to get rid of extra weight before our wedding.

We tried to lose weight with many diets but the results were minimal. Then we had heard about The 1:1 Diet and we decided to give it a shot. My husband managed to lose 25kg and his transformation is unbelievable. I had lost also a few kg that I gained in pregnancy. Now we are able to play with our baby, exercise, go outside and be confident.

After our success, I decided to become a Consultant myself to help people to become the best version of themselves, including gaining back their lost self-confidence and also to follow a healthier diet in general.

I am located in Episkopio (near the Russian Church) and Marki also. I offer delivery service for the products and online appointments if your schedule is busy.
