 Cut the tortilla into triangles and bake in the oven on 180 degrees for 8 minutes or until crispy.

 Dice the tomatoes and cucumber and thinly slice the chilli and radish.

 Prepare the Chilli as per the packet instructions and pour over the Tortilla.

 Sprinkle on top the salad ingredients and finish with some fresh mint.
