I have been a Consultant for The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan since 2019, after first experiencing for myself – together with my family – the incredible change this plan can bring.
Our first experience was with my son, who, during his teenage years, had gained weight and struggled to lose it with traditional methods. When he started The 1:1 Diet, he reached his goal in just three months, losing 14kg. Since then, he has successfully maintained his weight and enjoys good health.
A little later, after going through a difficult period with my own health, I also decided to follow the plan. I lost 9kg in two months, regained my health and self-confidence, and today I feel more comfortable than ever in my own skin.
Since then, healthy eating and exercise have become a way of life for me. Through this personal journey, I was inspired to become a Consultant myself, to help others achieve their own goals.
I truly love what I do, because I get to see people transform their lives every day. I believe that success comes with the right guidance, but most importantly, from each individual’s determination.
