My name is Ero Theodoulou and I am a Consultant for The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan.
Like many people, I have experienced, at different stages of my life, the challenge of carrying extra weight, which had a strong impact on my confidence and emotional wellbeing. My attempts at weight loss felt like a constant struggle, without lasting results.
I was introduced to The 1:1 Diet through a very close family member who managed not only to lose weight, but also to significantly improve their health and quality of life. This became a turning point for me as well.
After quitting smoking, I gained 10 kilos and felt that I simply did not have the strength to start yet another difficult diet. The 1:1 Diet offered me something different: personal guidance, structure and ongoing support. Since 2016, I have maintained a weight that suits me, I feel healthy, I exercise daily and I truly enjoy life.
This is one of the reasons I chose to become a Consultant. My goal is to support people in achieving their own goals with confidence, guidance and consistency, through the flexible and enjoyable lifestyle of The 1:1 Diet.
