I followed a diet plan in 2009 when I was getting ready for my wedding. I wanted to look charming and find the right suit for me, so with the help of my Consultant, Lisa Karatzia, I managed to lose 30 kg! By losing the extra pounds I gained self-confidence, and I felt moral and physical satisfaction now that I could move and do any activity with greater ease. This gave me the impetus to try to maintain my weight, to be disciplined and to avoid my old, bad eating habits.

Now, 12 years later, again with the help of my Consultant – who did not leave me for a moment over all those years – I have achieved this.
