Το όνομά μου είναι Στάλω και αποφάσισα να γίνω δίαιτα 1:1 από τον σύμβουλο του Cambridge, αφού δοκίμασα τη δίαιτα και κατάφερα να χάσω 22 κιλά σε σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα και κατάφερα να διατηρήσω την απώλεια βάρους και να φορέσω τα ρούχα που εγώ μόνο ονειρευόμουν. 

My extra weight has been with me throughout my life, and especially after having my two children, my weight just continued to pile on, then came my divorce and I started eating even more and not worrying what I looked like or how I felt.  I started to feel uncomfortable in my appearance, wearing baggy clothes, staying home and closing in on myself, eating more and more. I started suffering from health issues couldn’t breathe properly and palpitations, all caused by stress and too much weight I was carrying, that was when I decided I needed to do something for myself and help my children have a mum they needed. 

Μόλις άρχισα να χάνω το βάρος αποτελεσματικά και σωστά along with the guidance of my consultant, who was very supportive,  it gave me confidence in my appearance along with a healthy lifestyle which has stayed with me throughout the years, convinced of its usefulness and its beneficial effects it helped me to change me and my approach to life itself, hence why I decided to become a consultant to enable me to promote and most of all praise the work of the products that I am using to keep myself the way I am today. 

I really enjoy interacting and helping my clients to lose their surplus weight to give them the benefits that I achieved and love sharing my knowledge, advice and also discussing any issues they may have, however big or small. I managed to reach my target weight, and feel so much better for it!
