Squeeze and squidge pouch for 10 secs.
Make a small tear each side of the pouch.
Blast in a microwave for 2 mins.
Take the top off, stir and microwave again for 40 secs.
Stand for 1 min. Stir, and it’s ready to eat! Do not reheat.
