I decided to become a The 1:1 Diet Consultant when both my husband and I witnessed the spectacular results of the Diet.

The 1:1 Diet proved to be the only successful and healthy way for me when I had to get rid of those 10 stubborn, extra kilos I gained when I gave birth to my first child. At the same time, my husband lost 20kg, while his energy levels raised and his overall health improved. This experience made me decide to become a Consultant and help even more people lose extra weight easily, healthily and permanently.

I strongly believe that I can help you lose weight as I fully understand how going on a weight plan feels. I have been through all the stages of the plan and I know exactly how to guide you to succeeding your goal. I am a very discreet, understanding and persistent person, so my main aim is to be there for you, support you and help you reach your goal as easily and smoothly as possible. I believe that each and every person can be anything they dream, both on the inside and the outside, and this is what I will be striving towards for you too.

Through my course as a Consultant of The 1:1 Diet, I have won the Consultant of the Year award – which is the top prize a Consultant can win – three times (2018, 2020, 2024). I have also been awarded with a Business Development Award (2010) and a Special Recognition Award (2023), while I have been in the top 10 Consultants for the last 6 years.

Finally, the greatest success for me, as a Consultant, has been the great results of my clients. Many of them successfully took part in weight loss competitions and some won special prizes for their amazing weight loss results in the annual Slimmer of the Year competition. What is the most important success for all, though, is their extraordinary experience and a wonderful and healthy change in their life.
