My own story goes back several years where I remember myself struggling to have a normal weight.

Due to the circumstances of my life and professional career, I felt that I could not manage the situation with any complex diet plan resulting in failure and frustration. The impact of obesity affected me not only in terms of health but also in other areas depriving me of several opportunities. Until I met the 1: 1 Diet and everything changed!

The road led me to my own counselor who is for me a guardian angel who changed my life. I feel sincerely grateful, because through this balanced diet I managed to lose 35 kilos, but mostly I learned to manage my weight by gaining nutritional consciousness. Helping my fellow man has always been one of my priorities.

So even now, through this “channel” of offer, this is my goal: Help other people find themselves free of extra pounds. I will be by your side on this journey. A trip that I also made, with the destination of HEALTH and SELF-CONFIDENCE.
