My name is Despoina Psillou, and in 2019 I became a Consultant for The 1:1 Diet along with my friend Katerina Vasiliou.

We were both overweight and had no dreams for our future. Our lives felt miserable, and our self-confidence was at rock bottom. We were only 22 years old, yet we weren’t living the life that people our age were enjoying. We had no motivation to do anything for ourselves, and the reason was our excess weight. Those extra kilos were holding us back from living the life we had imagined.

Then one day, The 1:1 Diet came into our lives and completely changed the definition of our world! We embarked on our own journey and managed to shed our excess weight once and for all. Katerina lost an incredible 90kg. Due to her obesity, she had many health problems, which are now a thing of the past! After losing the 90kg, she is healthier than ever. She won first place in Slimmer of the Year 2019 in Cyprus, and later earned the title of International Slimmer of the Year at the global competition in England.

I lost 35kg and rediscovered my true self and my self-confidence. Since 2019, we have maintained our weight. This journey became a completely new way of life. Now, nothing can hold us back. We have truly become different people. We live our lives to the fullest and feel that we are missing nothing!

After our own journey and achievement of losing our excess weight, we now have our own offices and, as Consultants for The 1:1 Diet, we help and support people every day who need to shed their excess weight.

Losing weight is indeed a major challenge, one that only those who have experienced it can truly understand. With our support, anyone can make this journey feel wonderful! Nothing is impossible when you truly want it and have people by your side to guide and support you.
