I have been a doctor for many years and have worked both in the United Kingdom and Cyprus and I know the risks of obesity and the lifelong mental and body health problems that it can cause. I feel that it is extremely important to support people to reach a healthy weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle to improve their well-being and mental status.
