My name is Despina Psyllou and I am a 1:1 Diet Consultant with my friend,  Katerina Vasiliou. Katerina and I were both overweight people who had no dreams for the future! Our lives were so miserable and our confidence was on the floor. We had no appetite to do anything for ourselves, until one day the 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan came into our lives and changed our definition of life !!

We battled to lose our extra weight pounds once and for all – Katerina had so many problems due to obesity, but these are now a thing of the past! After losing 90kg, she regained her health! I lost 35kg found myself! We became new people. We live our lives as best we can and we feel like we are missing nothing!

Now that we have run our race and lost the extra kilos, we have our own office and work as 1:1 Diet Consultants to help and support other people who need to theirs.
