In a bowl, beat the egg whites together with salt and baking powder until fluffy.

 In a separate bowl, blend the egg yolks with the cottage cheese and stir gently into the egg white mixture.

 Lin a baking tray with grease proof paper and shape mixture into two circles.

 Bake on a medium heat in the oven until golden.
