Recipe Instructions
1   
 Slice the potatoes into wedges, toss with garlic powder, smoked paprika and add salt and pepper.

 Spray the wedges twice and cook under a medium grill for 15 minutes turning halfway.

 Make into 1 large round patty the beef mince and salt and pepper to taste.

 Add the patty to the grill pan with the wedges for a further 10 mins (remember to turn after 5 mins to brown on both sides)

 Spray the sliced onions, add salt and pepper to taste and fry in a pan then place aside for later

 In the same pan lightly dry fry the 1 slice of lountza and place aside for plating later
7   
 In a clean frying pan, spray twice and salt the bottom of the pan then fry the egg to preference
8   
 Mix 2 tablespoons of Oriental Chilli Soup with 1 teaspoon of water to make the dipping sauce
9   
 Lightly toast the bread
10   
 Layer in order of bread, lettuce, tomato, lountza, burger, egg, onion, and sauce

20 g onion sliced
1 romaine lettuce leaf

Salt and pepper to taste
