Macaroni Cheese with Chicken and Spinach

Recipe Instructions
1   
 Crush 2 cloves of garlic, chop the rosemary, place in a small bowl and mix

 Butterfly the chicken and spread the garlic and rosemary mixture on top evenly, add salt and pepper to taste

 Grill the chicken breast on a medium heat until tender and cooked thoroughly (turn halfway through once golden). Allow to stand until pasta is ready

 In a bowl, mix the 1:1 Diet Macaroni Cheese Pasta with 160-180 ml of water and stir.

 Microwave for 2 mins, stir and repeat.

 Add the spinach to the Macaroni Cheese Pasta and stir until the spinach is evenly distributed. Then let stand for 1 minute.

 Chop the chicken breast and add to the plate with the pasta.
